WACC Formula

WACC = (E/V)×Ke + (D/V)×Kd×(1−T)

WACC is the minimum return a company must earn to satisfy all investors. Used as the discount rate in DCF analysis. Increasing debt (with tax shield) generally lowers WACC, but raises financial risk at high levels.
